Almanya Defteri (Göç), 1960 yılların Türkiye'sinde kurduğu düşler gerçekleşemeyen, bu ortamda bocalayan bir oto tamircisi ailenin son çare olarak, çalışmak için Almanya'ya gidiş kararına varış öyküsüdür. Asiye Nasıl Kurtulur, çağdaş tiyatromuzun bir başyapıtıdır. Türk tiyatrosunda içerik ve biçim açısından yeni bir seçenek sunan bu baş-yapıt, tiyatro tarihimizin en ön sırasında yer alıyor. Yazar, "yadırgatmalar" yoluyla, tartışmalı yeni bir oyun düzeni ile herkese tanıdık gelen canlı ve sıcak yaşantılardan yola çıkarak, izleyiciyi yeni bir "bilinç" düzeyine ulaştırmayı başarır. Oyun, gecekonduda yaşama savaşı veren Asiye ile annesinin bu ortamdan kurtulmak için verdikleri mücadeleyi, oyunsu niteliği, içerdiği ironi ve gülmece öğeleri ile anlatır.
