Overview: Started in 2009, IPNHK is one of the most influential international poetry events in Asia. In its ten-year anniversary in November 2019, 30 famous poets from various countries will be in Hong Kong and ten cities in China afterwards to read their works based on the theme “Speech and Silence.” Ijeoma Umebinyuo (Nigeria), born in Lagos, is the author of Questions for Ada. In 2016, Ijeoma was named one of the top contemporary poets emerging from Africa by the Writivism, which is one of the most important literary festivals in Africa.

I liked it for the most part. Writing is good, just wish there was a bit more depth in certain parts. Still kept my attention though. Enjoyable weekend read.

Glad someone recommended this to me. The author did a great job wrapping everything up at the end. No weird plot holes left behind. Glad I picked this up.

Pretty good overall. Interesting premise and executed fairly well. Just a few slow chapters here and there. I'd probably recommend it to a friend.

I was pleasantly surprised. I loved how the story unfolded. It kept me guessing without being too confusing. Worth the time and money.
