Trzy dekady życia Polaków w PRL-u zapisane na dokumentalnych fotografiach. Album zawiera około 140 zdjęć z okresu 1960-1990 wybranych głównie ze zbiorów FORUM Polskiej Agencji Fotografów.„Itd” było pismem poświęconym kulturze oraz tematom społecznym i obyczajowym wydawane przez Zrzeszenie Studentów Polskich. Pomiędzy październikiem 1960 a majem 1990 roku ukazało się 1513 numerów – najpierw „itd. Ilustrowanego magazynu studenckiego”, potem „itd. Magazynu”, a na koniec „itd. Tygodnika studenckiego”. Ważną rolę odgrywała w nim szata graficzna, a zwłaszcza fotografia – w każdym bez wyjątku wydaniu publikowano fotoreportaż.Wśród autorów zdjęć znalazły się nazwiska tych, którzy wywarli ogromny wpływ na polską powojenną fotografię prasową. Są to: Krzysztof Barański, Andrzej Baturo, Sławek Biegański, Dorota Bilska, Stanisław Ciok, Adam Hayder, Andrzej Kiełbowicz, Witold Kuliński, Jan Michlewski, Maciej Musiał, Anna Musiałówna, Sławomir Olzacki, Maciej Osiecki, Krzysztof Pawela, Włodzimierz Pniewski, Andrzej Polec, Janusz Sobolewski, Jacek Wcisło, Krzysztof Wojciewski i Krzysztof Wójcik.„Robili świetne zdjęcia, rozumieli kontekst wydarzenia, wagę tematu, dostrzegali absurdy życia w PRL i potrafili je pokazać. Jeździli na prowincję, gdzie już samo pismo o współpracy z gazetą, otwierało drzwi fabryk i prywatnych domów. Zwykle po przełamaniu pierwszych lodów mogli do woli podglądać i fotografować prawdę o życiu tamtej, często smutnej i szarej, ale autentycznej Polski” – mówi współautor albumu Krzysztof Wójcik, w przeszłości także fotoreporter „itd”.„Nigdy po roku 1990 fotoreportaż nie odgrywał już w Polsce takiej roli jak w szarych czasach PRL.
