Overview: A sparkling satire on international aid and celebrity, Looking for Bono charts one man’s accidental quest to bring water his community.Baba is a semi-literate man living a simple life centred on the local auto repair shop in Palemo, how he will find his next meal and an obsession with his disinterested, Nollywood star-wannabe wife Munira and her voluptuous body. Such a great read. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.

Took me a few chapters to get into it, but it was worth it. The middle dragged a tiny bit, but the ending totally made up for it. Still a good book.

Really enjoyed this one. It has a good balance of dialogue and description. Everything felt like it moved at the right speed. Would probably read it again at some point.

Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Will be looking for more from this author.
