Stuart Hylton writes contemporary fiction and has always been fascinated by character-driven stories. They hold a degree in English Literature and previously worked as an editor before transitioning to writing their own books. Stuart Hylton lives with their spouse and a very vocal rescue cat.
It was okay. The writing was fine, but I didn't feel very connected to the characters. They felt a bit flat. Might work better for someone else, just wasn't completely for me.

Glad someone recommended this to me. It has a good balance of dialogue and description. Everything felt like it moved at the right speed. A solid 5/5 for me.
