Non potendo insegnare come si scrive, Claudio Giunta prova a spiegarci come non si scrive, passando in rassegna gli errori, i tic, i vezzi, le trombonerie e le scemenze che si trovano nei testi che ogni giorno ci passano sotto gli occhi: dall'antilingua delle circolari ministeriali alle frasi fatte dei giornalisti, dal gergo esoterico degli accademici e dei politici al giovanilismo cretino della pubblicità... Ma in questo slalom tra sciatterie e castronerie Giunta trova per fortuna il modo di contraddire la sua dichiarazione iniziale, perché insegnare Come non scrivere significa anche dare delle utili indicazioni su come si scrive: per ogni cattivo esempio se ne può trovare uno buono da opporgli, per ogni vicolo cieco argomentativo c'è una via di fuga creativa, e spesso basta un punto e virgola per risolvere una frase ingarbugliata. Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. I loved how the story unfolded. It kept me guessing without being too confusing. Glad I picked this up.

Finished it in a couple of days. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.

Took me a few chapters to get into it, but it was worth it. Writing is good, just wish there was a bit more depth in certain parts. Still kept my attention though. Enjoyable weekend read.
