Overview: This book offers an insight—both in images and in words—into what Amenra stands for, and what motivates them. Mike Keirsbilck contributes an article on how he interprets Amenra’s philosophy and modus operandi. His theoretical analysis is contrasted with an in-depth interview with CHVE on the roots, views, direction and aspirations of the band. These words are complemented by a series of photographs by Stefaan Temmerman who closely documented the band from 2009 up till 2014, and which resulted in a particular glimpse at life on the road and life in the band. Such a great read. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. Will be looking for more from this author.

Such a great read. The pacing was spot on and the characters felt real. I didn't find myself getting bored at any point. Glad I picked this up.

It was just alright. It felt a bit repetitive in the middle. Could have been shorter. Might work better for someone else, just wasn't completely for me.

Good, but not quite perfect. Writing is good, just wish there was a bit more depth in certain parts. Still kept my attention though. Still a good book.
