Das Gemeindegebiet erstreckt sich dabei uber einen grossen Teil des mittleren Erlauftals. Die Stadt Scheibbs selbst liegt dabei etwa 20 km sudlich der Westautobahn bzw. der Donau bei Ybbs und ist der historische, verwaltungstechnische, soziale, medizinische sowie wirtschaftliche Mittelpunkt des Bezirks Scheibbs. Wirtschaftlich nimmt in der Gemeinde neben dem Verwaltungs- und Dienstleistungssektor die Produktion von Aufzugen eine herausragende Stellung ein, des Weiteren ist die Bevolkerung insbesondere in Klein- und Mittelbetrieben oder der Landwirtschaft beschaftigt. Scheibbs zahlte neben Steyr und Waidhofen an der Ybbs zu den bedeutendsten und wohlhabendsten Stadten der Eisenindustrie nordlich der Alpen. Das jahrhundertealte Erbe der Eisenwurzenregion ist in der Betriebslandschaft kaum noch spurbar. Der Bezirk Scheibbs ist ein Teil der Eisenwurzen sowie des Mostviertels in Niederosterreich, welches den Sudwesten des Bundeslandes umfasst, inklusive der Zentralregion um St. Polten. Das Gemeindegebiet von Scheibbs liegt im Zentrum des Bezirkes und umfasst im Wesentlichen das mittlere Erlauftal sowie die umliegenden Voralpen. Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. It has a good balance of dialogue and description. Everything felt like it moved at the right speed. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.

Good, but not quite perfect. The middle dragged a tiny bit, but the ending totally made up for it. I'd probably recommend it to a friend.

Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. I loved how the story unfolded. It kept me guessing without being too confusing. A solid 5/5 for me.

Not bad, but not my favorite. The writing was fine, but I didn't feel very connected to the characters. They felt a bit flat. Probably won't read it again, but it was an okay way to pass the time.
