Overview: Twelve tales of the unknown from a master of science fiction Clifford D. Simak had a sublime ability to evoke a lost way of life. I have mixed feelings about this one. The writing was fine, but I didn't feel very connected to the characters. They felt a bit flat. Probably won't read it again, but it was an okay way to pass the time.
