Overview: Namjai: An Intergenerational Tribute Anthology of Bay Area Asian Pacific Islander Poets is the first volume to pay homage to and celebrate Bay Area Asian Pacific Islander (BAAPI) poets and spoken word artists. We push to share the stories that both reflect our community and take part in re-imagining it. These are our stories, our truths, and our spirits to reclaim, renew, and embody.This compilation of poetry highlights each poet's selflessness that defines Namjai, a cherished Thai expression describing the flow from the heart and the generosity and care in taking care of others. The ReWrite writes contemporary fiction and has always been fascinated by character-driven stories. They hold a degree in English Literature and previously worked as an editor before transitioning to writing their own books. The ReWrite lives with their spouse and a very vocal rescue cat.

Pretty good overall. Interesting premise and executed fairly well. Just a few slow chapters here and there. I'd probably recommend it to a friend.

Pretty good overall. The middle dragged a tiny bit, but the ending totally made up for it. Enjoyable weekend read.

Took me a few chapters to get into it, but it was worth it. It held my attention, even if a few things were a little predictable. A solid 4 stars from me.
