Robert Fell writes contemporary fiction and has always been fascinated by character-driven stories. They hold a degree in English Literature and previously worked as an editor before transitioning to writing their own books. Robert Fell lives with their spouse and a very vocal rescue cat.
I have mixed feelings about this one. The writing was fine, but I didn't feel very connected to the characters. They felt a bit flat. It's fine if you have nothing else to read.

It was okay. Some parts were interesting, while others were a bit of a slog to get through. A generous 3 stars.

Such a great read. The writing style is very engaging. It’s easy to follow but still has a lot of depth. A solid 5/5 for me.
