Overview: We współczesnym zarządzaniu kadrami efektywny dobór personelu jest kluczem do sukcesu dlatego też książka ta będzie niezbędną pomocą w przygotowywaniu profili, w wyborze metod, w planowaniu doboru, w pomiarze efektywności. A very satisfying read. It has a good balance of dialogue and description. Everything felt like it moved at the right speed. Worth the time and money.
