Overview: L'antologia è dedicata al tema del rapporto tra femminismo e filosofia nell'età contemporanea, presentando pensatrici che, in modi diversi, si riconoscono come femministe e/o postfemministe e che hanno dato vita a opere che sono diventate ormai dei "classici". Un problema fondamentale fa da filo conduttore: la questione del "soggetto" e l'esplorazione della soggettività femminile e femminista. Il carattere "situato" dell'antologia, articolata in quattro sezioni, si rivela nella scelta di iniziare dalla presentazione del pensiero della differenza francese e italiano, da Luce Irigaray a Luisa Muraro e Adriana Cavarero, per poi attuare un dislocamento verso altri modi di esplorare la differenza sessuale e la soggettività femminista, come quello delle pensatrici cosiddette "postmoderne": da Bell Hooks a Gloria Anzaldúa, da Rosi Braidotti a Teresa de Lauretis e Judith Butler. L'intento è mostrare una pluralità di voci non sempre tra loro consonanti. Pretty good overall. The middle dragged a tiny bit, but the ending totally made up for it. I'd probably recommend it to a friend.

Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. It has a good balance of dialogue and description. Everything felt like it moved at the right speed. Will be looking for more from this author.

Such a great read. The author did a great job wrapping everything up at the end. No weird plot holes left behind. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.
