Overview: Après tant d’années, il était important de présenter enfin l’intégralité de la correspondance échangée entre Henry Miller et Lawrence Durrell, amis pendant près d’un demi-siècle. Une première partie, couvrant les années 1935 à 1959, avait fait l’objet d’une publication partielle aux Éditions Buchet/Chastel en 1963. Elle se voit aujourd’hui augmentée par les lettres écrites entre 1959 et 1980, inédites en français, et enrichie de passages qui avaient été supprimés lors de la première édition. I was pleasantly surprised. I got really invested in the main character's journey. Everything just clicked for me. A solid 5/5 for me.

Pretty good overall. I liked the main character, though some of the side plots were just okay. I'd probably recommend it to a friend.

Honestly one of the better books I've read lately. I loved how the story unfolded. It kept me guessing without being too confusing. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.
