A divergence of interests was already evident during the regime of Juan Peron (1946-1955), and problems reached a climax after the kidnapping of Adolf Eichmann in May, 1960 and his trial in Israel." In this work, Raanan Rein explores the nature of Argentina's governments from 1947 to 1962 and their attitudes toward Israel and the local Jewish community. Pretty good overall. The middle dragged a tiny bit, but the ending totally made up for it. Still a good book.

Finished it in a couple of days. The pacing was spot on and the characters felt real. I didn't find myself getting bored at any point. A solid 5/5 for me.

Good, but not quite perfect. Writing is good, just wish there was a bit more depth in certain parts. Still kept my attention though. Still a good book.

Glad someone recommended this to me. I loved how the story unfolded. It kept me guessing without being too confusing. Definitely recommend it if you like this genre.
