Overview: Lord Dismiss Us is set in an English boys' public school in the 1960s. The novel deals with the love affair between two boys, together with the internal politics of the school itself. Really enjoyed this one. The pacing was spot on and the characters felt real. I didn't find myself getting bored at any point. Will be looking for more from this author.

I liked it for the most part. The middle dragged a tiny bit, but the ending totally made up for it. Enjoyable weekend read.
