Overview: Slavoj Ziek (s. 1949) on slovenialainen filosofi ja psykoanalyytikko, jota monet pitävät yhtenä aikamme merkittävimmistä ajattelijoista. Hänen ajattelunsa voi herättää vastustusta ja ärsyttää, mutta se ei koskaan ole tylsää tai mitäänsanomatonta. Lähtökohtana on ajatus, että ilman saksalaisen idealismin perinnettä (Kant, Schelling, Hegel) on mahdotonta ymmärtää modernia subjektiutta sekä niitä poliittisia, eettisiä ja ideologisia umpikujia, joihin se väistämättä törmää nykyisessä reaalikapitalismissa. Pretty good overall. I liked the main character, though some of the side plots were just okay. I'd probably recommend it to a friend.
